What data is processed?

We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

  • Identity Data: Name, username, employee ID, company name, profile image.
  • Contact Data: Email address, phone number.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, interactions.
  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system.
  • Profile Data: Skills, training progress, certifications

Every time you access content on our website, data that may allow you to be identified istemporarily transmitted for technical reasons. The storage of this data is necessary for thecourse of a website visit necessary to enable delivery of the website.

A further storage in log files takes place in order to ensure the functionality of the website andthe security of the information technology systems. These purposes also our legitimateinterest in data processing (Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR).

  • From your company admin user or employer or organization (Enterprise training from Skilleap).
  • Through cookies and analytics tools.

How long will the data be stored?

The personal data of the data subject will be deleted as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies. Data may be stored for longer if this is provided for by law. The data will be deleted when the storage period prescribed by law expires, unless there is a need for further storage of the data for the conclusion or fulfilment of a contract.

Disclosure to third parties

Our IT department has access to the log files and forwards them to internal and external recipients, including the competent authorities, if this is necessary for the exercise of our legal rights with regard to unauthorised access to our website.

a) Website hosting

The website is hosted on servers operated by tfk technologies GmbH. If additional performance is required, the website will be operated via the servers of IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur. In this case, IONOS SE acts as a service provider for hosting services on our behalf, in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

b) Videoconferencing application to conduct live training

The communication platform Zoom Video Communications, Inc., USA, is used to conduct live training courses. When you participate in these sessions, Zoom may collect personal data such as your name, email address, video/audio streams, and chat messages. c) On-demand video streaming for eLearning courses

On-demand videos are hosted in the cloud by Publitio DOO, Serbia. Publit.io may process certain personal data (such as IP addresses, device information, and access logs) when users interact with video content hosted on their infrastructure. Right to information

You can request information about your personal data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR.

Right to rectification

If the information concerning you is not (or no longer) correct, you can request a correction in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR. If your data is incomplete, you can request that it be completed.

Right to erasure

You can request the erasure of your personal data under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR. Your right to erasure depends, among other things, on whether the data concerning you is still required by us to fulfil our legal obligations.

Right to restriction of processing

Within the framework of the provisions of Art. 18 GDPR, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

Right to object
